SLEEPS UP TO 10! Welcome to “Meant To Be”, our beautiful 4 bedroom, 4 ½ bath Watercolor home away from home that overlooks Dragonfly Park and is just a quick stroll to Dragonfly pool. Access to Watercolor amenities included. Our spacious two-story home offers warm and comfortable accommodations for up to eleven. And, it’s perfectly situated so that you can explore the many shopping, dining and entertainment options located in Watercolor and Seaside. Parking for 2 cars only at house. As you’ll see when you look through the photographs of this property the owners have done everything possible to make this the place where your family can create incredible beach memories. Inside and out. Step inside and you’ll notice right away that “Meant To Be” is designed for families with an open living concept where the kitchen, dining area and living area all flow together. The kitchen is roomy and well equipped with GE Monogram appliances so that you can enjoy freshly prepared seaside delicacies. In fact, there’s plenty of room for the whole family to get involved in preparing your favorite beach meals. Off the kitchen is the laundry set up. A convenient spot to keep everything clean and fresh. There’s a large dining table with room for six plus the granite kitchen island with extra seating. Off the dining area is a small office area where you can do a little work, answer a few emails or surf the web. The large living room offers comfortable seating for seven as well as a 58” flat screen smart TV. The perfect spot to relax while the rest of the family is preparing dinner. After dinner, or in the afternoon after a morning on the beach, you’ll want to enjoy the shaded screened in porch off the living area. The perfect spot to enjoy your latest beach novel. Or catch up on everyone’s activities. You’ll enjoy the porch swing. The perfect spot to unwind. There’s a master suite on the first floor as well, with a large flat screen TV and private bath with tiled shower. Head upstairs where you’ll find three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The main master has a King bed, a large flat screen TV and a private balcony with comfortable seating. The main master bath has a glass enclosed tile shower. The second upstairs bedroom offers both a full and a twin bed as well as a flat screen TV and its own private bath with a shower. The third upstairs bedroom is a kid friendly bunk area. These bedrooms are connected by a comfortable seating area with a large flat screen TV and a queen sleeper sofa. There is a third bathroom with a tub off the hallway upstairs to scrub those little tikes. Everything about “Meant To Be” is designed to create the perfect beach vacation for a family or two. Aug 2, 2019 Liked: Check-in, communication, location Disliked: Cleanliness, listing accuracy #### Cockroach Infestation The ONE star ratings I gave for cleanliness and accuracy of online listing are due to the fact that I don’t consider a property clean if there are bugs crawling all over everything (inside master shower, dishwasher, AND yes, even in the washing machine), nor did I see anything in the online listing about having to watch where we step for fear of dodging cockroaches. There’s nothing relaxing about making sure there isn’t a very large roach crawling out of our shoes before we put them on. I had to throw away a very nice pair of Ugg slippers because as I was putting my foot into one after waking in the middle of the night to walk to bathroom, my foot crushes one! Needless to say once the pest control services were finally done on our 3 day there, we woke up each morning thereafter to a cockroach mass grave!! I had to sweep up dozens every morning before I could even start breakfast for my family. Erica was as helpful as she could be so I don’t fault her for the issues we had. She quickly had towels (master bath had ONE bath towel and washcloth) and missing kitchen utensils sent over. However, I would make sure I wasn’t representing a property that, in our opinion, borders on being removed from rental sites by the Florida Health Department. Couldn’t relax in living area or watch a movie with my family because speakers were blown and it would’ve been stressful anyway because at ALL times I was looking for a roach to appear. We’ve vacationed in Watercolor/Seaside every summer for the last decade and never even saw one bug in a house, much less an infestation... I realize I should’ve demanded that we be moved to another property, but given the last minute decision to reserve a house (due to recent and unfortunate diagnosis), I knew there wouldn’t be anything available and we thought we’d attempt to make the best of it. Oh, and returning to house from a day at beach on July 4TH to NO ELECTRICITY and impending darkness with no way to see if we’re stepping on bugs or knowing how long it had been out or if I needed to throw food out of the refrigerator was the perfect way to top off this disaster of a vacation. House was clean and beautiful! Great location to shopping pools and beach, hurricane Sally came so we got stuck in the house with branches scratching the roof and scary winds!! We save up for this trip and sometimes it takes a few years. Although it was very clean, we did notice that the balcony room toilet handle was broken and unable to use. I love the privacy of this house and no car headlights blaring into the windows at night-such a good idea to have these few homes facing in towards a courtyard. It would have been nice to have a little packet of clothing detergent and water pressure for the hall bathroom shower.
