The property manager was extremely responsive and accommodating. Our only issue was that the golf cart would not stay in park, which we were informed the day prior to check in but that it would stay parked with a small block behind the wheel. Unfortunately, that did not work for us and the cart rolled right over it twice, so we ended up not using it for the rest of the trip. That was disappointing since it was one of the main reasons we chose this listing. However, it was not a deal breaker, and we still enjoyed ourselves. We even ended up adding an additional night to our stay. I would note that sound travels in this house, so you can hear everything. If you have sensitive sleepers like our toddler, definitely bring a sound machine. The neighborhood is beautiful and peaceful, with pools, a bridge over a lake, and a cute playground.
