Communication prior to and during our trip was perfectly attentive and friendly. The house is every bit as beautiful as it looks online. Clean, plenty of towels and toiletries. Air conditioning works great. Kitchen is great for making a quick meal or breakfast. Unbeatable location. We will be coming back as many times as possible! We have been to Seaside many times and found this cottage to be among our favorites. Seaglass is in the middle of everything to do in Seaside, but in a sense, it is away from it all. The cottage is located steps from a beautiful and impeccable beach and steps in another direction to the energetic town of Seaside offering tasty food and beverage options as well as entertainment. My husband and I stayed on this property and it was perfect for the 2 of us. The deck and lower tub enclosure are very private and relaxing. You can sit back and listen to the waves crashing on the beach in complete comfort. The owner goes above and beyond to assure you are completely satisfied- incredible response time to any type of inquiry ( big or small- it all matters to him:) ##### Pam S. Although a fireplace is shown it is nonfunctional. The dishwasher was also not working but we managed because we ate out mostly.
