Location is amazing bc close to things but not in the chaos of 30A “squares”. Beach is not crowded here too bc around so many gated/private areas. Pool was great covered especially with dicey weather. Communication is not personal but we did have an issue with TV and they were super fast to respond. The kitchen could use a few more cookware for big crowds, but we made it work. Fun to cook in with two fish markets close by. Golf cart was nice too and walking trails right behind are fantastic! ##### Gina R. This house is truly perfect for any large group looking for plenty of space and close proximity to the beach! The house is perfectly laid out allowing everyone privacy with the en suite rooms and a very open main room that was perfect for nights in. We loved the private balconies, especially with the ocean views from the top floor. Our kids loved the covered pool after spending time at the beach. This house has gated private beach access directly across the street from the house (even closer than you would imagine). Although many reviews stated the parking was tight, we managed to fit 4 SUVs in the driveway with room for the golf cart on the side. The open area of the kitchen, dining and family room accommodated us very well. The golf cart really came in handy for our many trips to Seaside and visiting the ice cream shops for our nightly fix of desserts. The covered pool was enjoyed by everybody….cool and refreshing! The elevator was a plus as we were coming and going. Large enough to handle 6 adult couples comfortably. Location is perfect with beach being less than 5 minute walk and a nice central location on 30A with plenty of restaurants close by. Beds and furnishings are very nice as this is a still new property. Lots of kitchen supplies to cook and eat in the house. Having the golf cart came in handy as parking at the house and everywhere else is tight. 4th floor balcony/patio is a great gathering spot for everybody. Having a private en-suite bath for every bedroom is an underrated feature and was key to our group’s awesome stay here. Highly recommend this property for large adult groups like ours. ##### Mark S.
