We have been staying in this area for the last several years, but have never been directly on the beach. It was a game-changer. Being able to walk right out to the ocean without having to lug a day's worth of supplies made this a true vacation. I was also able to sit on the balcony and watch my tween kids play ball without having to be right there with them. The condo was fine. It was on the second story and had a beautiful view of the gulf. Nice furniture on the balcony. The balcony was my favorite place to sit! Very close walk to the beach.
