This gracious Old Florida-style residence accommodates up to twelve guests across four bedrooms. It features columned upper-level verandas overlooking a yard framed by Magnolias and a classic white picket fence. Just a short stroll from the sandy shores and a unique coastal dune lake, guests can enjoy the beach, fishing, paddleboarding, and kayaking in a picturesque setting. The community also offers two swimming pools, one of which is seasonally heated. Accommodations and Amenities The first floor houses three bedrooms and a cozy den, creating a welcoming space for relaxation and entertainment. The den is furnished with two white cloth love seats adorned with colorful pillows, facing a flatscreen TV. The bedrooms include a queen-size bed with a regal dark hardwood frame and private ensuite bath, a stylish room with a black metal-framed queen-size bed and walk-in shower, and a bright bunk room that sleeps six, with direct access to a shared bath. The second floor features an open living, dining, and kitchen area with access to a veranda nestled among Magnolia treetops—perfect for enjoying drinks in a tranquil atmosphere. We brought our teenagers and pre teens to the beach for the week. The house was the perfect fit for us! Our master suite was on the top floor with a beautiful view, keeping us private from the children. I could see the kids by the pool from our bedroom. The walk to the beach took about a minute. I felt so safe letting the kids stroll around in the neighborhood and walk to the beach alone (all 11 and older ages). We cooked a lot at the house and I had all the essentials that I needed as far as cookware. The house was also very well stocked with towels and blankets. We had some minor things that did not work. I emailed about these things, and I had a very quick response. We would definitely come back! Having teenagers with us, it was the perfect layout. Be aware that there are 3 bedrooms on the ground floor, kitchen on second floor, and primary suite on the 3rd floor. If you have small children you will be very far away from them (unless you sleep downstairs)! Each bedroom has a bathroom and that was awesome! Very short walk to the beach and both pools. You can see the one pool (unheated one) from the balcony. The heated pool is just around the corner. We rented bikes for our kids and they went everywhere on them! Kitchen was pretty stocked with everything but cooking sprays or spices so bring those if you are going to cook. Washer and dryer was awesome! Overall the place could use a paint job and a few updates but we really thought it was perfect for our family! ##### Lainie E.
