This is a new rental so it was in great condition with all new appliances, furniture. Plenty of room for six adults and kids. Pool is perfect size (we paid to heat) and beach is only steps away so no golf cart needed. Lots of balconies and windows for sun and relaxing. New coffee maker w pot and also Kuerig. Beds very comfortable w new mattresses. Bikes like new. Lots of coffee cups and wine glasses, plates but no leftover bowls. Limited supplies of laundry and dishwasher soap so bring your own. Small starter of olive oil,salt,pepper but no seasonings. Nice beach wagon and a few chairs but no beach toys or games. Perfect vacation place. Santa Rosa not as busy as other spots but one block from restaurants and shops. Great beach. Because this is a new rental it did not have any reviews and there wasn’t any stuff left behind from other renters to use but it was awesome.
