It was our first time to Seaside so we weren’t sure what to expect but it perfect for us. It’s located directly on 30A and literally right across the street from the Tupelo pavilion so beach access was incredibly easy with a 4 and 7 year old. It’s also just a few blocks from seasides many food trucks, shopping and other dining. We rented bikes but didn’t even use them because everything was so close. The only thing more we could have hoped for is another bathroom but we managed just fine. ##### Ben C. It had great light and just a fun cute place. Only negatives were that parking was very tight and it is right on 30A, so pedestrian traffic was pretty heavy and could be a little loud at night. It was located across the street from the beach and right next to the main road. It was very loud at night, we did not sleep well. There were large roaches in the kitchen.
