Cons: Music noise from the wine restaurant below (every night) sometimes going beyond 10:00 pm and sometimes noise from 30A out front; no instructions for using any of the TVs; no coffee filters; kitchen wasn’t as well stocked as it should be for that price range (only a mini cocktail shaker, rubber handles coming off hand- held juicer, no scissors, etc.); no Kleenex box. Better communication in advance would be helpful (e.g., to identify the bikes allocated to the unit without having to contact management, to know what kind of coffee maker is there, and what other supplies might be needed). Overall it’s a nice unit and conveniently located to the beach, pools, and Watercolor Inn, but again, noise from below and from street can be an issue. ##### Charleen J. We rode the provided bikes everywhere. It's a corner condo with balconies on two sides. We used them both. Relaxing. One small thing that showed us how much care they put into prepping for guests is that the kitchen drawers were exceptionally organized. The utensils were all lying straight.
