Guests are given a unique door code for their stay.

Check-In: 4:00 PM | Check-Out: 10:00 AM

Parking: 3 Vehicles. No Boats, Trailers, or U-Hauls.

Guest does not have access to the garage.



Other Things to Note House Rules:

Must be 25 or older to rent. Primary guest must stay at the property.

No smoking. No parties or events.

NO PETS ALLOWED.

The primary guest is required to sign the Kismet Properties Renter’s Agreement and upload a photo ID.



GOLF CART (March-October ONLY):

This property has a golf cart managed by a third-party provider, 30A Gulf Carts. To utilize the cart, guests are required to:

Sign a separate liability waiver directly with 30A Gulf Carts.

Provide a valid credit card for incidental coverage.

Pay a non-refundable $30 handling fee. Detailed instructions for activation will be sent after booking.



What We Provide:

Initial starter supply of paper products, soap, and basic kitchen essentials.

All bedding linens and bath towels (please bring your own beach towels).

Amazing location with all the amenities

The space was large and well kept, plenty of necessities on hand (pots, pans, dinnerware, etc). We loved having such a short walk to the beach and access to a pool for those days of spotty rain that kept us home. Thankful the kismet team made our stay so pleasant by providing exceptional service and communication!

Great location

We had an amazing time at SeaLevel in Tresca Place. The house has a gorgeous West-Indies style and is fully furnished. The indoor and outdoor living spaces were perfect for entertaining, with great views of Tresca lake. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the bedrooms were comfortable. The highlight was the master suite with its private spa-like bathroom. Overall, SeaLevel exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it for a luxurious and memorable stay.

Spring Break 2023

Overall a beautiful home. Not necessarily kid friendly. Museum like decorations and everything is fragile / glass. I had my head on a swivel the whole trip. There are no plastic cups, wine cups - everything in the home is glass. Kitchen and main room are on the 3rd floor. It would have been nice if they had supplied bikes or a golf cart (which is a must for that location). Also Nancy is not the owner - she is a property manager so you are NOT renting directly from an owner (listing is a bit deceiving).

Fantastic Home

This home was everything we hoped it would be in a beach house. It was beautiful, clean, spacious. Across from pool. My only complaint would be the beach. The house is close to beach access, but the beach is occupied with high-rise guests. In order to get a spot you have to walk a great distance on the beach to get past the chairs of these complexes. This leave the single homeowners with overcrowded beach. It was dissappointing.
