With 3 king rooms, a Loft featuring twin bunk beds, a 3rd floor bunkroom, and two sleeper sofas, this 3-story gem comfortably sleeps 16 and is conveniently situated on the West End of 30A, located in the Serenity at Dune Allen neighborhood. This home is across the street from the Dune Allen Beach Access. Embrace the coastal lifestyle with the gorgeous waters of the Emerald Coast just down the block.  
  
The first floor's open concept is an entertainer's delight, featuring a dining room table for 10, an island with an additional 5 seats, a large sectional sofa that pulls into a queen bed and a downstairs master for added convenience. Upstairs, discover two additional king bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, and a Loft bunk bed .
