Cabana Blu is a beautiful 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home next to a Point Washington state forest filled with hiking/biking trails and wildlife and three blocks from the white sands on the Gulf of Mexico, a short 6-minute walk, and next to one of Northwest Florida's rare coastal dune lakes. This home is a perfect combination of relaxing nature and beach activities.
Cabana Blu is located within Lakeside at Blue Mountain Beach, a private community offering a pool (heated March-May). The community is directly behind Red Fish Village, where you can enjoy live music and fantastic food at Red Fish Taco. It is adjacent to Big Redfish Lake, where kayaks or paddleboard rentals are available with local vendors.
This home features a private gated path, allowing for a quick walk to the beach. The first floor contains a bright, open living area with an impressive 21' architectural beam ceiling and a spacious kitchen with a large island for dining, a laundry room, a dining room, a half bathroom, and the king master suite with a private bathroom. As you venture up the beautiful stairwell to the second floor, you'll find a double twin/twin bunk room with a shared hallway bathroom, another king suite shared jack and jill bathroom that connects to a double queen bedroom. This home was made for making family memories as you enjoy relaxing on the front porch or grilling fresh seafood on the grill.

*Student/college groups are not permitted. Due to restrictions by HOA, insurance and/or local ordinances, we are unable to rent to guests under the age of 25. ID's will be checked by security staff and they have the right to refuse entry as well as evict guests found to be underage. For every 4 underaged guests, they must be accompanied by 1 parent at all times. A full guest list is required at the time of booking and the primary renter must be present at check-in and during the remainder of the reservation - this will be checked upon arrival and throughout the stay.
*A form of damage protection is required with all reservations: You may opt for the accidental damage protection that is already included in the quote or the $2,000 refundable security deposit. Only one is required. See the rental agreement for full details.

*VRBO guests who cancel 60+ days prior to arrival will receive a full refund less a $300 cancellation fee. Losses upon cancellation may be avoided if you purchased a Travel Protection policy and the reason for cancellation is covered under those terms and conditions.
