Beautiful high end CARRIAGE HOUSE in Old Seagrove

Gorgeous, cozy carriage home with high end finishes, separate master bedroom and laundry room with full size washer and dryer. This home is like brand new. Stainless Steel appliances, hardwood floors and luxury linens await you in this cozy space with your own private entrance. The brand new sleeper sofa has a queen size upgraded memory foam sofa bed that can sleep 2. The location can’t be beat with only a 4 min walk to beach access and 10 min walk to Seaside all while having your own private oasis at home. Beach chairs, beach towels, two bikes included. You will have access to private pool, outdoor ping pong table, outdoor foosball table, basketball goal, arcade games, croquet, bocce ball and more!
$50/day charge to heat the pool.

Exceptional Accommodations

What a fantastic place! The location is just a short walk to the beach and includes a number of amenities that made our stay one of the best we've had in the Seaside/Seagrove area. The beautiful private pool in the back made for relaxing mornings, afternoons and evenings. The included beach service was an added bonus. To top things off, the owners were extremely easy to communicate with and they met our every need. Overall, the accommodations were 5 star and we could not have been happier. We will definitely stay here again! Ken & Jeanne

Cozy guest house with amazing location

The owners were incredible and made our stay the best it could be. Communication was excellent and so was the location. Quiet enough away from the highway noise, but close enough to bike or walk to any of our favorite downtown Seaside locations. Also was an easy walk to the beach. The guest house was cozy having 4 people stay total, but we weren’t inside much for it to matter to us at all. It’s beautifully decorated and the bright airy light makes it feel happy and peaceful. The pool/outdoor area was fantastic!
