With three spacious bedrooms and sleeping space for ten people, this updated vacation home is the perfect spot for your family or group of friends to make unforgettable memories by the sea. The open concept living and dining spaces are lovely and bright, with bleached gray floors throughout. The whole space is bathed in a luxurious yet casual beach-house feel, with a comfy seafoam green sectional sofa, rattan area rug, and ocean-inspired artwork over the gray tiled fireplace. The kitchen has cream-colored cabinets and a gleaming granite countertop. A huge peninsula bar has seating for four, while a dining table has additional seating for six people. Slide open the glass doors and head outside to the screened-in porch where the endless ocean views will take your breath away. Relax out here in the mornings and listen to the coastal birdsong. Or pour a cocktail and kick up your feet in the evenings and watch for the green flash as the sun dips into the Gulf of Mexico. Upstairs, a large master suite has dramatic vaulted ceilings, cozy carpeting, charming painted wood furnishings, and an en suite bathroom with granite detail. The master also has direct access to a private, oceanfront balcony. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed, while the third bedroom has two twin-sized beds. All of our Dune 1 Townhomes are immensely popular with returning guests—and with good reason. You simply can’t get any closer to the beach! Guests of Dune 1 Townhomes also have access to a sparkling, gulf front swimming pool and a private boardwalk down to the beach complete with an outdoor shower to wash off sandy toes. From March 1 to October 31, you’ll receive 2 beach chairs and 1 beach umbrella during your stay. You’ll also be within walking distance of local-favorite Stinky’s Fish Camp and only a mile from exciting Gulf Place Town Center for shopping, dining, and entertainment. With breathtaking ocean views and easy access to all that Scenic Highway 30A has to offer, many guests consider Dune 1 Townhomes to be their beachfront home-away-from-home. All of the stress of packing up supplies for a beach day disappears at Dune 1—where you’re never more than a few steps away from sinking your toes in the warm sand and cool surf. Great location, great place, LOTS OF STAIRS. We enjoyed being so close to the beach and having a pool in our back door. The small bedroom has NO storage or room for luggage and the closet is so tiny. Pack light. The main complaint we had is the bathroom showers had mold in them. The guest bathroom tile was disgusting and the master bath shower curtain has mold. We cleaned it the best we could ourselves but it needs deep cleaned but even with this complaint I’d still stay here again. Owners…. Try decorating the upstairs. Blank walls are depressing. We loved this stay. We were far enough away from public beach to enjoy quiet area - but close enough to walk and people watch. Three bathrooms made cleaning up a breeze - and there was enough room to not be on top of each other while staying a week. Only complaint is that there were not enough hangers, or really any at all. So, if you plan to unpack - bring hangers - also Bring your own plastic cups there weren't any to take to pool or beach. ##### Norah W.
