Our standout features include a balcony providing remarkable Gulf views, unbeatable proximity to the beach, and easy access to fantastic dining, boutiques, live music, and more—all within walking distance. The open floor plan is perfect for a comfortable stay accommodating up to 4\. AviaVista is equipped with Wi-Fi, a top-quality king bed, luxury sheets, and a clean environment. The condo is spacious enough for a couple and 2 children or elderly guests, accessible via a ground-floor elevator with no stairs. The kitchenette includes utensils, a K-Cup Coffee Maker, plates, glasses, a microwave, a toaster, and a fridge/freezer. Free parking is available in the complex, with direct access to the beach. The community laundry room is conveniently located in our building for guest use!
