Enjoy watching the sunrise on the oversized covered front porch or better yet, make your way to the white powdered sand and emerald waters of the gulf (only a quick 5-minute walk from the home). Ain't Life Grand is located in one of the most popular planned communities in the Dune Allen Beach area of 30A. It is 0.3 miles to the Dune Allen Beach Access, the newest access along 30A featuring bathrooms, showers, seasonal lifeguards and parking. The home is 3 houses down from the large community swimming pool, which offers bathrooms and an outdoor shower. Nestled between three rare dune lakes... Oyster, Allen and Stallworth. Dune Allen Beach is known for the natural beauty it provides and the outdoor recreational opportunities that abound here. Beach-walking, sun-bathing, boating, fishing, biking, hiking and “getting back to nature” are all on the list! Once on the beautiful beach front, you can walk 8-minutes into the entrance of Topsail Preserve State Park to access quieter and less crowded beaches. The Western end of 30A is a slower paced gem, which keeps the focus on the laid-back beach lifestyle.
