I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a wonderful property with plenty of space to stretch out. The decks and porches and backyard are very nice, and the bedrooms are very comfortable and well designed and decorated. We walked to everything and enjoyed the bikes too. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 5th year at Seaside and our 4th year using Homeowners. The home is in the most perfect location. Quick walk to town but quiet at night. The home does need some updating. Low flow shower heads are not great when you need water pressure. The front door is tricky to keep locked. Our washer was down for a couple days but I was allowed to use another cottage for laundry. It was took an entire day from my vacation to get caught up on all of it. The cleaning company left a vacuum cord plugged in with no vacuum on the other end (bare wires) which could have harmed someone had we not noticed it before the kids did.
