"The Gulf Pearl" is a three story townhome featuring three bedrooms and four bathrooms which provide your family with plenty of space. Located on Oyster Lake, a rare coastal dune lake, you have gorgeous lake views and are only a short walk from the sugar white sands and emerald waters our area is known for. Wide covered balconies extend across the upper stories the lenth of the townhome and are great for enjoying morning coffee or watching beautiful sunsets. The living area is on the second floor and has a 65 inch Smart TV. French doors lead onto the roomy balcony. A dining table with seating for 8 is located between the kitchen and the spacious living room and there is additional bar seating. There is a full bathroom on this level. The kitchen is open to the dining and living areas. It is fully equipped to cook any meal for the family. The large Master Suite is located on the third floor has a king sized bed and 50 inch Smart TV. Double doors lead out onto the third floor covered balcony. The second bedroom suite is also on the third floor and has a king bed. There is a 50 inch Smart TV in this bedroom. You will find the third bedroom suite on the ground floor and it has a two queen beds, a 50 inch Smart TV, and its own bathroom. The townhome has a brand new washer and dryer and includes a laundry chute from the third floor. Includes access to the Garage with a beach wagon, beach chairs, cooler, and other beach gear. "The Gulf Pearl" is situated within a 5 minute walk to 3 public beach accesses with plenty of room to setup your spot. This neighborhood of Dune Breeze Villas has a nice community pool as well as a dock that overlooks the lake. You may want to try to catch some fish or launch your paddle board from the dock. In the distance you can see the dune that separates this lake from the glistening gulf. This Dune Allen Beach location is just off Scenic 30A and all the delightful picture perfect towns along South Walton’s coast are just a short distance away. Each has galleries, restaurants, lively bars, interesting boutiques, fun seasonal festivals and musical concerts. Great location, great space, nice extras (chairs, umbrellas, cooler and wagon for beach!), and space for a group of 9 that included 3 kids under 12! The walk to the beach wasn't bad at all either, and having a pool in the complex for the kids worked out nicely too. Parking is very tight though in the neighborhood and the condo's actual driveway, if you have more than one car. And it's especially tight for 2 extended cab pickup trucks. Our family trip to Santa Rosa Beach was great! This property slept our 6 family members perfectly! The beds are very comfortable and each bedroom has a TV and an ensuite bathroom! The house is spacious and furnished well. Everything felt new and fresh! The kitchen had absolutely everything we needed to enjoy our week! It was so nice to be able to walk to the beach in a few minutes. There was even a beach cart and a few chairs to use while we were there! While at the house we enjoyed the decks and comfy chairs and could enjoy views of Oyster Lake. There is a small community pool that we enjoyed as well. With two pull out couches we could have had even more. The location is great, within walking distance to the beach. The only thing missing was a golf cart which you can rent from a local company if you choose. I'd recommend this location. ##### Tracey W.
