You will find plenty of beach accesses along a 17-mile stretch of Santa Rosa Beach. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine, and the incredible architecture that makes 30A famous, there are activities for everyone; kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, golfing, hiking, swimming, and tennis -- you'll find it all right here. The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Sea Turtle Reef, deployed in 2017\. Located just 783 feet out from the Grayton Beach State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Sea Turtle Reef is at a depth of 12-19 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. The walk to the beach was quick and easy for everyone in our family, which is one of the most important things for us. The private beach was the least busy beach we have had in the last 6 years. The home was more dated than we were expecting based off the pictures and there were a few quirks, like some of the exterior doors not closing all the way. It seems like a very lived in home, could use some updating, but we very much enjoyed our stay. The ease of having a bakery and smoothies next door and a gas station near buy for quick ice trips was an extra plus. We have already talked about booking this house again for next summer. ##### K L. It was very close to the beach and the pool. There are many restaurants near by. It is also close to Water color and Seaside.The people managing the property are great.
