Step inside on the first floor and find the secondary living area with a large flat-screen TV, an adjacent game table for four, and a mini fridge. This living space also has two futon sleeper sofas, which sleep two people. Off the living room is a queen room with modern furniture and decor, a flatscreen, and is situated near a full bathroom in the hallway.
A second story is home to the main, open living area and a modern, generous, fully equipped kitchen, which features bar-top seating and is located next to a dining table for four more. The upgraded kitchen includes marble countertops and all stainless appliances! A half bath is right off the kitchen space for convenience purposes. A tasteful, extravagant oak and plaster spiral staircase carries guests into the king bedroom, which encompasses marble countertops and a grand shower with natural light provided by the overhead skylight and tiled walls. This bedroom offers outdoor access to a private balcony, providing more refreshing views of the peaceful town of Seaside, FL.
A staircase off the king room leads to a fourth-floor, open-air rooftop deck with the iconic Stairway to Heaven! Great location but won’t get any sleep
Perfect location to everything in seaside. Some things in the house i could tell were run down. Especially the couch and table downstairs. Paint job on things were very sloppy as well. My biggest complaint about this place is I came here for my 20yr wedding anniversary and paid a fortune for 5 nights to only be woken up by construction and chainsaws at 7am everyday except Sunday. If you are a light sleeper…… good luck! I would wait until the construction is done. I was very upset because I wanted to sleep in.

We recently rented Stairway to Heaven for a weekend. The property was in terrific condition. It was clean, well-stocked with extra linens and had plenty of amenities. The beds were comfortable and the futon was comfortable enough. Five of us stayed in the property and had plenty of room. The kitchen and main living area offered a spacious gathering spot for our group. Lots of stairs - fyi - hence the name! The architecture and furnishings are so unique to Seaside it made us feel like we were in the city yet at the beach - a fun combo! It's a good location and very walkable. A nice rental, too, if you're in town for a wedding as it's just steps from the lovely Seaside Chapel.

The property is unique and beautifully designed. It sits in the heart of Seaside and is in a fantastic location convenient to everything Seaside has to offer. The photos on the website show this property when it was in better condition. The property seems to have not weathered well due to the iron and salty air or potentially the moisture? The wood floors on the main level were damaged and in bad condition, but the flooring in the master bedroom was what would sway me from staying at this property. It’s woven plastic textured laminate that looks dirty and hurts to walk on. For the cost of this rental vs others, I expect a property of a higher quality that is better maintained. The property management company was terrific, client serving and responsive. I’ll definitely rent through them again.

Seaside is great and we will come back. The property was in a great location, but we would not stay here again. It is clear no one actually lives here. There were bugs under the stool in the shower, the upstairs flooring was dirty looking and uncomfortable, the bedroom door upstairs did not close, and the curtains did not darken the room at night, which is considerably inconvenient when there are street lights right outside. The management company was responsive to things that could be addressed immediately, but some of the larger things like curtains were not able to be addressed for our stay. We made do with trash bags, but when you are paying so much you would think a dark room for sleeping would be a given. The internet was eternally slow and we had to reset it each day we were there. Again, the property management was helpful and responsive, but these issues weren't things that could be addressed during our stay.
