Very clean and comfortable for large groups. Plenty of space and equipment available around the property to enable quality group activities, such as game nights and bbq dinners. The neighborhood pools offer options for all ages and are quite large. We enjoyed our time in Santa Rosa Beach and the close proximity to public beach access was extremely valuable. ##### Pedro B.
