We had to reset the breakers to get some of the house circuits to work. Very unpleasant. Quiet area. Easy driving to rosemary / seaside if needed. Property mgmt was very responsive and went above and beyond with the one “thing” - missing cooking pans.. they brought a whole brand new set. Even though it’s in a populated area… the cottage and property felt very private. 5 minute walk to the beach was super simple. I do recommend bringing some kitchen items (colander, can opener, etc.) and a cart to haul chairs and coolers to the beach. - We would certainly recommend this home, and I’m sure we will be back! The deck on the ground floor was awesome to hang out and relax on. Perfect atmosphere. Just a short walk to the beach. The beach was great and not crowded at all on the Memorial Day weekend.
