The space Welcome to 'Peaceful Dunes' – the ultimate dream vacation home! As you step inside, you'll immediately notice the beautifully decorated and spacious interior, designed for comfort and relaxation. The spacious living area on this floor includes a wet bar and a Queen-sized sleeper sofa, perfect for unwinding after a fun day at the beach. Step outside onto the first floor patio, where you can lounge on the daybed swing, gather around the dining table, or play a friendly game of ping pong! Also on the first floor, you'll find three spacious bedrooms, two with King beds and en-suite bathrooms, plus one bunk room with four sets of Twin-over-Twin bunks and a private hallway bathroom. Traveling up to the second floor is where you'll find two more King bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, plus the open-concept kitchen, dining room, and two main living rooms. One of these living rooms has a cozy fireplace, and the other has access out to the pool deck area. There is also a half bathroom on this floor. Outside, the second-story private pool is a highlight, offering the most breathtaking gulf views. The outdoor kitchen, dining area, and sundeck are perfect for entertaining, and there is even a private bathroom with a shower outside as well! The third floor is home to the luxurious Master Bedroom, which features a King bed, en-suite bathroom, it's OWN washer/dryer in the closet, and a private balcony with more amazing Gulf Views! The walk to the beach was short and easy and having the golf cart was really convenient. The host was very kind and responsive. There is an alarm on the sliding doors, a button has to be pushed every time you go in or out and the doors can't be left open at all, whileI understand it is for safety measures because there is direct access to the pool it is rather annoying! It would be nice if there was a way to disable it if no children are with you. The elevator also did not work during our stay but it wasn't a big deal. There was glass on the back patio by the pool when we arrived, which I believe was probably due to a handyman replacing an overhead light that shattered below based on the color & thickness of the glass. The pool light wouldn’t work in the evenings and the door handle to the front door of the house just falling off made it less than convenient. I stepped on a rusty nail in the dining room and there were several large bugs on the main level. Some of that might sound hyperbolic, but I have photos if needed and I’d really appreciate consideration for a discount back of some kind for the inconveniences. Thanks,Bob ##### Robert H.
