Ideal for a family or a group of friends, it comes with a double bedroom with balcony, a twin bedroom, a bathroom with shower, a living area and a well-equipped kitchen. A small terrace, equipped with chairs and table for your relaxation, completes the apartment. You can also enjoy a partial sea view as well as a beautiful view of the Portofino mountain. Convenient for reaching shops and supermarkets, it boasts an enviable location thanks to the proximity of the beaches as well as the promenade, only 150 meters away from home. \*Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations. You will find your reservation details within the Guest Area of Wonderful Italy. \*The building is currently undergoing roof renovations. Because of this, it is possible that there may be noise during the day. Santa Margherita Ligure is located on the Ligurian Riviera di Levante, in a closed basin in the northwestern part of the Portofino promontory, and in the inner part of the Tigullio Gulf. The center, located east of Genoa, is surrounded by hills covered with Mediterranean vegetation with views of the so-called "Costa dei Delfini", which links the city to Portofino. The town is a well-known seaside resort on the Riviera di Levante. No one showed up to let us in the apartment at the newly arranged time. We spent 3 hours sitting out in the street before someone finally came. No one responded to my repeated messages. The apt itself is ideally located and the bathroom is very nice. The living area is very shabby and needs new furniture. Supplies were limited - no dish towels or paper towels. Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen und groß. Wir hatten einen super Ausblick vom Balkon. Die Agentur war immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit.
