Vous pourrez admirer le coucher du soleil sur les collines toscanes. les propriétaires sont charmants , de bon conseil pour vous aidez à choisir vos visites sur Pise, Lucques, ou Sienne. pour les enfants, vous avez une piscine, tennis , ballade en vélo sur les sentiers ou club équestre à proximité. le gite est simple, propre peut etre un peu sombre car installé dans une maison ancienne. We spend over a week swimming relaxing and day tripping to hill cities, Luca, Pisa and more. The outdoor spaces were very good for dinning reading and lounging. The drive to the house was a gravel road which means it would be best done in an SUV and not in our rented Audi and mapping to the house always wants to send you down an even longer worse gravel road, so only go through Pomaia. We learned the hard way coming from Florence you have to drive south further then expected to use the right route to avoid crazy roads. We enjoyed the beaches 35 minutes away and Volterra was definitely a must from here. There was no air in the apartment but fans did help cool down the apartment especially in the evening. Internet worked very well but there was only local channels on the TV. Overall we really enjoyed our time as a break from the rushing of Rome and Florence and time to simply take in the view of Tuscany. ##### Grace K. Auf den letzten Kilometern handelt es sich um einen unbefestigten Weg. Am besten vor der Fahrt genau schauen. Die Unterkunft ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet, der Hof ist liebevoll dekoriert, mit Hängematten, Schaukeln, Blumen ... . Der Pool war toll, Tischtennis und Tennis möglich, und auch die Schläger waren da. Und vorallem sehr nette und freundliche Vermieter! Hilfsbereit, freundlich, fröhlich, da haben wir uns absolut wohl gefühlt. Sehr gern wieder! ##### Beate K. Wir waren mit 2 Kindern (12,14) in der Anlage und haben es sehr genossen. Positiv: nur 4 Familien, ruhige Alleinlage, schöner Pool, sehr guter Billard, Tennisplatz inkl. guter Schläger, nette Gastgeberin , die immer ansprechbar ist und bei kleinen Problemen hilft, neue Bäder und sehr gute Ausstattung der Wohnung. Wir haben die Tage sehr genossen, insbesondere den Pool und die schöne Aussicht auf den Sonnenuntergang. Auch die Hilfsbereitschaft von Rossella (bspw. bei der Reservierung von Tischen in Restaurants) war herausragend. Einziger Negativpunkt war die Ausstattung der Küche, die ein wenig mau ausgefallen ist. Wir würden aber jederzeit wieder kommen. Danke :)) ##### Fabian S. Unsere Gastgeber Rosella & Ellio sind supernett, sehr gastfreundlich und da sie sich beinahe täglich um das Anwesen kümmern auch sehr oft vor Ort ansprechbar und hilfsbereit. Das gesamte Anwesen ist weitläufig und bietet verschiede Möglichkeiten, sich zu beschäftigen oder zu relaxen. Es liegt ruhig und bietet einen schönen Ausblick. Man sollte wissen, dass der letzte Kilometer über eine unbefestigte Straße führt, was für uns kein Problem war. Die Wohnungen sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet - bieten alles, was man benötigt. Für uns war die Lage des Ortes gut - nicht weit entfernt vom Meer, von Pisa/Lucca/Livorno - oder einigen schönen Städtchen im Landesinneren wie z.B. Volterra oder San Gimignano. Ja und last but not least: Rossella ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin, ansprechbar und hilfsbereit, wenn wir eine Frage hatten. ##### Mathias F. Séjour de 10 nuits en octobre 2022 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Thomas H. 16 oct. 2022 Points forts : Propreté #### Eine Spätlese der Sonnenstrahlen auf einem Hügelrücken in einem toskanischen Hof Sehr ursprünglich, ländlich und zwar einfach, allerdings sehr vieles da, und es ist alles nutzbar und technisch i. O.. Was soll man sagen, es sind Hängematten, Hollywoodschaukel, Sitzgruppen, Gruppentische, Terrassen in allen Himmelsrichtungen, Grillplatz, Pizzaofen und verschiedene Liegeplätze vorhanden. Obstbäume, Weinreben, und viele andere Pflanzen können entdeckt werden. Dabei gibt es noch wilde Pflanzen und Abenteuer Ecken für die Kinder. Es gibt sogar einen eingezäunten Tennisplatz (Kunstrasenteppich mit Sand). Er ist zusätzlich mit Toren ausgestattet, so dass er auch zum Fußballspielen genutzt werden kann. Unsere Kinder konnten spielen und toben. Das Anwesen bietet drei bis vier Familien ausreichend Platz.. Der Pool wurde auch jetzt, Mitte Oktober von uns täglich genutzt. Rossella war Morgens immer da und ansprechbar. Mein Sohn hat das Tennisnetz beschädigt, allerdings wurde es am Morgen danach direkt wieder repariert...Tischfußball, Boccia oder Tischtennis, es ist alles vorhanden und spielbar. Vielen, vielen Dank für die sehr zuvorkommende Gastfreundschaft! Die Strände sind nicht weit und die Sehenswürdigkeiten in erreichbarer Nähe... Lebensmittelladen in Pomaia, ist total niedlich und die Leute dort sind total nett. Alles ganz toll! Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen! ##### Thomas H. Séjour de 12 nuits en octobre 2022 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Friedemann R. 11 oct. 2022 Points forts : Propreté #### Malerisch und ruhig Zwischen Feldern, Oliven und Wein liegt Il Canneto di Pomaia wunderbar ruhig und gute 30min entfernt von der Küste. Wer kein Problem damit hat zu fahren, anstelle zu laufen, ist hier genau richtig. Die Ferienwohnung ist sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Man kann problemlos am Ferienhaus bei den vielen Angeboten verweilen (Tennis, Boccia, Tennis, Tischtennis, Pool, Kleinkinderspielzeug) oder einfach in der Sonne liegen und die Aussicht genießen. Rosella, die Vermieterin, ist einfach super. Sie ist kurzfristig erreichbar, hilft gerne weiter und einfach eine tolle Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns mit unseren 4 Generationen vom Uropa bis zum Kleinkind sehr wohl gefühlt und werden wieder kommen. Einziges Problem: eine Wohe war zu wenig. ;-) PS: "La Pergola" in Casale Marittimo: günstige, sehr gute Pizza und ein singender Koch in einem romantischen Bergdorf. ##### Friedemann R. Das Grundstück bietet alles, was das Herz begeht — Tennisplatz, Täischtennis, Pool, Grill und auch lauschige Plätzchen. Rosella ist sehr hilfsbereit und gut erreichbar… Kurze Fahrt zum Meer, wenn man etwas mehr unternehmen möchte. Wohnung war gemütlich eingerichtet, mit einer toll ausgestatteten Küche… ##### Judith H. Besonders gut haben uns der saubere Pool, die Aktivitäten wie Tischtennis, Tischkicker und Tennis und die netten anderen Familien gefallen. Herausragend war die super Betreuung durch Rossella.
