### Holidays in direct contact with the marine reserve, archaeological sites, cultural centers

It's all to be discovered !!! For those who reach the town of Porticello for the first time, it will be a continuous discovery of coves, breathtaking descents to the sea, particularly beautiful nature trails such as the road that, overlooking the sea, runs alongside Capo Zafferano and reaches the 'Agnone cave', the chapel of the 'Madonna del Lume' and the lighthouse, a reference point of worship and salvation for sailors on dark and stormy nights. Picturesque are the fishing villages that follow one another by taking walks of a few hundred meters, such as 'Santa Nicolicchia' with the small harbor of boaters, the 'pink house' on the sea, the typical and romantic pizzerias with candlelight dinner on picturesque squares on the sea, or like the village of 'Sant'Elia' with the characteristic cove that penetrates the village itself, the small beach and the 'white house' on the rocks where the stormy waves of the sea crash.  
This is the context of the Porticello holiday home which will be described in detail below with great pleasure, wishing you a HAPPY HOLIDAY as of now.  
The entrance of the holiday home takes place from a quiet pedestrian square, bordered by via Pescheria, an equally quiet street, where you can leave your car. If you come by motorbike you can park your motorbikes.  
directly in the square and have them visible from your lochescion (5 mt.). The place is absolutely peaceful.  
In the terraced houses overlooking the square, completely renovated in 2009, your Casa-Vacamza is placed; From the front door, you will climb a ramp of eight steps and you will enter either frontally or laterally to the left in your holiday home which will be very particular, for the warm and lively colors, with considerable internal heights (4.3 meters), ceilings in solid wood, mezzanines in iron and wood, large bright spaces, built-in kitchen area, two bathrooms including a bathroom with sea view and a bathroom with square view.  
The rooms are 'Open space' fully furnished in ethnic style, solid wood beams, complete with all comforts and super-equipped.  
From the sea side you can go out onto a large balcony that allows you a 180 ° view of the port of Porticello, in a position overlooking the central square in contact with the marina. The scenery is truly spectacular !!!  
From the internal side, you can look out onto the pedestrian square from which the holiday home gains access.  
The sea side is exposed to the EAST therefore you can admire the sunrise and breathtaking sunrises, the country side is exposed to the WEST where the sun, setting down, will radiate colorful evening rays.   
The holiday home is composed of two symmetrical areas, sea side and country side, of ml. 6x6 two bathrooms and separate kitchen, characterized by a central dividing wall equipped with a double door which gives the possibility to unify or, if necessary, make the lochescions independent.  
Therefore you will decide, based on your group needs, whether to be independent and completely autonomous, or to share the entire apartment, given that the two 'open spaces' each have independent entrances and exits.   
The following equipment will be at your disposal: complete set of pots, pans, dishes, 4-burner hob, fridge with freezer, washing machine, 50 'flat screen TV, air conditioning, hairdryer, toaster, microwave, and iron, pair of towels and sheets for each guest. Therefore you will be free to wake up when you want, when to have breakfast, when to have lunch, whether to have dinner, go out, and when to come home.  
You will be given the keys that will allow you complete autonomy in the management of your holiday.  
It is specified that the supply and the NORMAL consumption of hot water, electricity, gas are included in the price.  
 At the end of your holiday the only extra expense will be a fixed fee for general cleaning of € 15/00 per guest excluding your children up to sixteen years of age. A security deposit of € 30 per guest will be required on arrival. to pay for any significant damage.   
The security deposit will be refunded in full at the end of the holiday, not finding any anomaly in the furnishings and furnishings. A related rental contract will be stipulated to formalize what has been communicated to you so far and to fulfill the related legal obligations

The hosts, Giorgio and Mari Angela are wonderful and were great hosts. Picked us up from S. Flavia railway station and provided great tips on Porticello. This is a lovely fishing village with a relaxed vibe.

Meine Freundin und ich hatten das Vergnügen, in dieser wunderschönen Wohnung zu übernachten! Giorgio und Maria waren mehr als perfekte und liebe Gastgeber, die uns sogar angeboten haben, uns vom Bahnhof abzuholen und später wieder dorthin zu bringen. Alles war großartig. Vielen Dank. Wir möchten auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

#### A great place to stay

We really enjoyed our vacation at Giorgio’s place. The apartment was equipped with all basics one needs. Only some extras would have been great (like seasonings, extra towels, or extra toilet paper). The communication with both him and his wife couldn’t have been better. Both took care of us and problems in the best way imaginable. What we didn’t fancy though was the way the apartment was advertised online as a major detail apparently was left out, meaning the fact that the apartment is split in half automatically as soon as you travel with less than 5 people, which leaves you with a one room apartment. As the communication with Giorgio revealed, this lack of transparency has to be assigned to the platform. With regards to everything within his scope of responsibility, we were very pleased and satisfied. :)

#### Ottima ospitalità in un luogo tranquillo

È stato un piacevolissimo soggiorno, in una località tranquilla, a 20 minuti di treno da Palermo; con calette e spiagge non troppo grandi, con l'acqua molto pulita, la piazzetta a ridosso del porticciolo molto graziosa con bar e ristoranti di buona qualità. La ciliegina sulla torta sono i proprietari,Giorgio e Mariangela,gentilissimi,ospitali e disponibili per qualunque informazione e necessità, due persone veramente piacevoli. L'unica nota negativa la viabilità poco sviluppata per un turista a cui piace muoversi a piedi o in bicicletta...la pubblica amministrazione dovrebbe fare molto di più in tal senso.

Schöner Aufenthalt in ansprechender Umgebung mit traumhaftem Blick über den Hafen! In der Wohnung herrscht eine gemütliche und stilvolle Atmosphäre, es ist alles da, was frau braucht und dem Ferienleben nach eigenen Bedürfnissen steht absolut nichts im Wege. In der Nähe gibt es nette kleine Läden für den täglichen Bedarf, das Dorf ist freundlich und ursprünglich in seinem Fischer-Alltag. Die Vermieter sind sehr höflich und der Preis ist fair. Wir kommen gerne wieder! K & K
