On the upper floor there is on one side 2 bedrooms with double beds one with bathroom with shower and one with bathroom en suite, open kitchen with living-dining room, everything with its own entrance door and not connected to the ground floor inside. On the other hand, there is also a stand-alone apartment with a bedroom with a bathroom and a living room-kitchen as well as its own entrance door. The ground floor has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a toilet. A large living room-dining room with an open new kitchen complete the lower area. On the first floor you have a 100 m2 sun terrace with a large shade sail overlooking the garden and the pool. On the ground floor there is also a 60 m2 sun terrace around the pool area with automatic sun sails. Tolle, riesige und verwinkelte Finca. Wir waren eine Gruppe von 9 Personen. Das Leben in der Finca spielt sich draußen auf den Terrassen und am Pool ab. Quasi direkt neben der Finca betreiben die Eigentümer noch ein sehr gutes Cafe/Deli und somit ist das Frühstück auch gesichert gewesen :-)Welche Info vielleicht noch interessant gewesen wäre vorab: Direkt neben der Finca wird noch eine weitere gebaut, hat uns jetzt nicht wirklich gestört, da der Baulärm sich in Grenzen hielt und die Baustelle sollte bis nächstes Jahr wohl auch durch sein.Wir kommen gerne wieder. ##### Lars B. The house is in easy walking distance of a supermarket, the bakery / cafe / shop, and two lovely grill restaurants on the same street. The beach is only 10 minutes walk away. Set in a tranquil part of Ibiza yet close enough to beaches, restaurants, and markets, it offered the perfect balance between peaceful retreat and easy access to island life.The villa itself is immaculately maintained—spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and stocked with every amenity we could need as a family, from a fully equipped kitchen to a gorgeous private pool and child-friendly garden. The rooms were spacious, the beds incredibly comfortable, and the outdoor dining area became our favourite spot for sunset dinners.Sigrid, our host went above and beyond, offering fantastic local tips and nothing was too much trouble to make our stay the best it could be. It truly felt like a home away from home—but with better views and more sunshine! We’ve stayed in some wonderful places over the years, but this villa stands out as something truly special. Alexander the host was extremely helpful and assisted with any issues we had during our stay. All bedrooms have air conditioning, however, the living area doesn’t have this and got extremely hot at times, especially with a young baby. Overall I was happy with my stay and feel you could stay here without a car and I would certainly stay here again. ##### John Y.
