- With a truly rustic feeling this town 200 years has recently been renovated to include all modern amenities. It is centrally located near the village of Santa Gertrudis. Quiet, comfortable and spaces, the house has a very traditional style 'farm'. The house has been completely renovated to include 4 comfortable bedrooms and 3 baths new design. There are 2 living rooms, a large kitchen with dining area and outdoor deck. The countryside views are complemented by the luxurious pool and various chill out zones. Wifi and TV are in the house.

Fantastic Villa
We were celebrating my partners birthday with a group of friends. Everybody was blown away by the beautiful villa and pool. Loved the Sonos sound system. The hosts answered our pre-enquiries quickly and were exceptionally helpful.

Stunning Villa. Amazing Hosts
We had an amazing time at Villa Es Serral celebrating my husbands 40th birthday. The villa is stunning. It combines perfectly the characteristics of rustic Ibiza with modern touches and up to date technology. It was immaculately clean. The pool is beautiful and there are loads of chill out areas and plenty of space for 8 people to dine in or out. The location is peaceful and secluded. The hosts Catalina and Kristina are so friendly, welcoming and helpful! Nothing is too much hassle for them and they made lots of effort to make us feel at home. I couldn't recommend this villa more!

AMAZING PROPERTY - FANTASTIC HOST
Catilina is a great host, very kind and very honest. She was helpful throughout our stay.
The property itself is just amazing, isolated, very private and strategically located near Santa Gertrudis de Fruitera, which is a lovely little village.
Every little details of the house is well thought, not to mention the “tech” comforts such as wi-fi and the Sonos audio system throughout the whole house.
I believe the villa can be a great fit for both families or a group of youngsters.
We will most definitely consider Villa Es Serral for our next trip to the island.

great house, amazing pool
We loved the stay, we are now visiting this island for many years, but my wife and boy, were in love with this very nice house and great pool.
