We were quite disappointed by this stay. The bathtub was quite old and would be one I would have a bath in as it didn’t look clean. Our king bed was also two twins pushed together with a sheet on top (not fitted) so both nights it kept falling off.
The pillows were also very uncomfortable.
The fridge never got colder than 18C.
The common area was quite messy. The first day there were blankets everywhere including the floor, by the time we check out three days later, the couch looked the same with blankets and pillows everywhere, untouched from days before.
The staff was also not friendly, could use some work on their customer service. Won’t be coming back

O hotel é maravilhoso. Muito próximo do Centro (3 min de táxi). Muito conforto, ótimo bar, drinks, comida excelente, piscina aquecida. Atendimento nota 1000. Existem outros hotéis ótimos, mas mais distantes. Recomendo esse.

It was a beautiful place. Great spacious rooms, amazing views, good location to be close enough to things bit also to enjoy nice
views and quiet evenings, incredible staff and great facilities. The staff were so helpful and kind from pick up, welcoming to the hotel to leaving. I didn't expect them togive breakfast because I was leaving earlier than the scheduled time but they accommodated it without me even asking. It was very kind of them. I would definitely return and hopefully longer so I could make more use of the services available and sightseeing activities nearby.
