Wake up to birds and breeze. As a Vipassana graduate I’m more than equipped to facilitate and support those looking for a place to fast from 3 days to a week. There is a local massage therapist available. Light breakfast meals as required. Coconut water etc. and salt baths for easing muscles in the bath house. Having been in an abusive relationship my place came about as a refuge from difficulty and is now a source of self nurturance in a manic frantic unkind world.
