This luxurious suite is located in a brand new complex which includes 5 properties between suites, apartments and even a breathtaking penthouse.

This fine and elegant estate is located in the area of Sant’Agnello, at only minutes away from the heart of Sorrento and the nearest beach is at only 200 mt from the property, with all the shops and many finest restaurants at hand.

This fantastic complex offers a private entrance with a large common hall with sliding glass doors, marble floors, a small sitting area with 2 luxurious armchairs covered in precious velvet and even a modern lift to the upper floors.

This breathtaking suite enjoys its own private entrance via an external staircase not directly connected to the main entrance of the building, but of course inside the private complex and offers a small outdoor terrace, equipped with sun beds, sun chairs and a small coffee table with chairs.

As you enter the apartment, you will soon find a bright and well appointed living area, complete of a small sofa bed perfect to accomodate 1 adult, 2 armchairs, a small dining table and a lovely kitchenette, which can be hidden when not in use. This wonderful suite offers 2 step-out balconies which allow natural light to pass through illuminating the entire ambience.

Along the corridor there is a small bathroom with shower.

Entering the bedroom area there is a fantastic four-poster bed with king size mattress: a particularly well appointed room with en-suite bathroom.

The bathroom features a freestanding bathtub, a separate shower room and a separate toilet room. This luxurious bathroom has gold finishes and mosaics, a real gem!

Suite Agave is about 60 m2 large and it can accommodate up to 3 people comfortably (one person on a sofa-bed).

All the apartments are equipped with the highest standards of comfort and luxury including Simmons mattresses, Frette linens and towels, Smart TV, safe, Nespresso coffee machine, pool towels, wi-fi internet and much more.

Neighborhood and transport:
Sant'Agnello is the neighboring town to Sorrento which center with its wide range of restaurants, bars and shops is less than 2 km away.
It offers a wide range of services, it is well-connected to other tourist resorts in the area such as: the Amalfi coast, the archaeological sites of Pompeii and Herculaneum, Capri and Naples, that can be reached by train, bus or ferry.
Here you will find also a good choice of restaurants, bars and shops and the beach can be reached on foot or comfortably by lift.

Rental rules:
Check-In time is from 15:00 to 21:00,
Late check-in fee from 9pm € 50,00
Check-Out time is by 10:00 am

Minimum stay: 2 nights
A refundable deposit of € 500 has to be paid on arrival, it will be returned upon departure less any charge in case of damage.
The rates are inclusive of: welcome breakfast basket, water, gas, electricity, Wi-Fi, one cleaning with change of bed linen and bath towels after 3 days stay, final cleaning.

Extra costs:
City tax: € 4,00 per day (up to 1 week), per person (from 18 years onwards).
Parking on site if available, max 2 cars, on a first come first served basis, at € 18,00 per day to pay on site. Alternatively it is possible to park in a nearby garage (150 meters away) at about € 20,00 per day.
