The living/kitchen area is a good size. Unfortunately the oven didn't work at all. The bedrooms are a good size although the double bed mattress is well past it's used by date! We moved to the single beds to achieve a night's sleep. Also the bedroom doorknobs falling off made entering the bedrooms tricky. The shower and bathroom excellent. A relaxed beach house with everything you need - lots of crockery, board games, cook books, magazines. Only a two hot plate electric stove top - but plenty to do a simple pasta plus there is the BBQ.
