  • Chalet d'invités autonome. Nous venons de terminer l'ajout de nouveaux tapis et de nouvelles peintures en décembre 2016, ainsi que les comptoirs en granit dans la cuisine et le nouveau dosseret. Nouvel ameublement et nouveaux lits avec édredon de plumes. Pas d'animaux de compagnie. Maison privée avec de belles vues de Little Cottonwood Canyon. Moins de 10 minutes à Alta et Snowbird stations de ski. Près de Brighton et Park City ski ainsi. Récemment remis à neuf et prêt pour vos vacances reposantes. Profitez de la cheminée de gaz et de regarder la neige tomber. Facile à pied de l'arrêt de bus / parc et monter à deux stations Alta et Snowbird. Accès au bain chaud et barbecue. zone Gazebo. Salon avec une grande TV HD, bluRay et TV directe avec chaînes de cinéma, salle à manger, laveuse et sécheuse, salle de bain complète au niveau principal. 1 chambre à coucher principale et 1 grande chambre à l'étage avec 1/2 salle de bain. Loft a un lit double, siège d'amour confortable, TV HD 32 pouces avec BluRay et beaucoup de DVD. Un local à skis. Cuisinière à gaz, micro-ondes, comptoirs en granit, cafetière, mixeur Ninja, café gratuit, chocolat chaud et thé.

The Ivy Cottage was such a surprise and delight! From the numerous private patios, to the gorgeous view, to the intimate and cozy cottage. We loved every inch of the place! Our hosts were fantastic. We will definitely be booking again!

This is the most well-appointed rental we’ve ever stayed in! Eric & Shauna have thought of everything you might need while staying there. They are wonderful hosts. Their 10.0 rating is spot on!! The cottage is clean, cozy, eclectically decorated and the mountain views from the yard are amazing!

Our stay at the Ivy Cottage was a wonderful retreat away from the bustle of daily life. It is truly convenient to both the city and the mountains, and had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our stay. Being able to sit outside in the mornings and view the sunrise over the mountains while sipping coffee was a perfect way to start each day. And our hosts, Eric and Shauna, were so welcoming and personable that we felt at home throughout our stay. The cottage shares a yard with the hosts' home, which we enjoyed, especially when the puppies were out in the yard! If we ever find ourselves back in Salt Lake City, we would stay here again.

If you’re looking for quiet, peaceful and cozy, this is the place. It is small with low, slanted ceilings, but you can’t beat the view, accommodating, friendly hosts and if you’re lucky, maybe you’ll get to hold some puppies. Lots of nice touches with snacks, nicely equipped kitchen, homemade salsa and a bottle of wine. We were in town for a sports tournament, and it was perfect to relax in after a long day.

Perfect spot for a ski trip to Little/Big Cottonwood Canyons. Hostess was so nice and the sunset view from the backyard looking up the Canyon was beautiful. Will definitely plan to stay here again!

Eric was a great host and was extremely welcoming. He even had a fun scavenger hunt for the kids. The cottage had everything you could need. He also had a number of great restaurant recommendations. If skiing at Alta or Snowbird in the future we would definitely come back!
