Hood regional homes you will find. The indoor / outdoor living options are second to none. The huge covered deck right on the banks of the Sandy River only made better by the newly installed hot tub with river views as well. The location is incredible, the amenities are countless, don't miss you chance to stay! Upon entering you are greeted with a huge open layout including the kitchen, living, and dining room making it an exceptional space for your entire group. There is ample seating for everyone. Without a doubt, you will want to incorporate the outdoor space as well. It is an enormous deck with much of it covered. All of it has incredible wooded views right on the banks of the Sandy River. The hot tub is a hit year round, so don't miss it! Also on the floor is a full bathroom. This is fantastic as just off the living room is a family room with even more seating and an enormous flat screen TV. Both areas are completely bathed in the natural light from the numerous oversized windows. Beyond the family room is a gorgeous room sporting a queen bed and a twin over twin bunk bed along with some additional seating. A great space for small groups and families that require a little more space. Ascending upstairs you will find three additional sleeping areas and a fantastic nook equipped with two chairs and a beautiful chess set. One of the bedrooms is a wonderfully appointed and spacious private bedroom. The second is a smaller room with a twin bunk bed making it perfect for the younger ones. The final bedroom boasts a king bed and en-suite bathroom as well. Please do note this bedroom is open sound-wise to the family room below. There is an additional private deck here to enjoy. Be one of the first to stay at this brand new listing. It is centrally located to enjoy most everything the Pacific Northwest has to offer. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions at all. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is a ring doorbell camera to ensure security of the home/driveway between rentals, but there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house. Absolutely no more than 12 people allowed on premises, due to neighborhood rules, this must be strictly enforced. Lastly, please check current county updates to see if you can have a fire during your stay as there are no fires permitted during the "no burn" season. Bigger than expected. We had a really nice time but I will say that the outside part of the property was not wet weather friendly. The roof that covers the patio leaks when it rains and there's no cover over the hot tub, which makes it unusable when it's raining. The house itself is gorgeous and full of most of the amenities that you need, which saves on the need to pack bulky items. The river is much much bigger than it looks in the pictures.
