Opposite the Urumea river and the same distance from La Concha beach as it is from Zurriola Beach, it is an ideal location for those who want to be close to everything on their visit to San Sebastian. The Old Town, the cathedral and the shopping area are also just a few steps from the apartment. La Dolce Vita apartment is distributed over two floors and has a total usable surface of 140 m2, as well as a spectacular terrace of almost 100 m2, which has large parasols, two different areas and spectacular views. In addition to its two bedrooms and two bathrooms, the main floor of La Dolce Vita also has a large living space. The latter has a modern open kitchen fitted out with modern electrical appliances by the best brands, as well as a little separate laundry room; next to the kitchen there is the dining area and the beautiful living room, which provides access to the terrace. Next to the kitchen there is a staircase leading to the ground floor of the apartment. The second living space is on this floor. This a very spacious beautiful space, that is also fitted out with a third complete bathroom. Just like all the FeelFree apartments, La Dolce Vita has a high-speed Wi-Fi connection, Smart TV and the option of garage rental in a car park very nearby. The highlight was certainly the outdoor terrace and the large living room and kitchen. The washer dryer definitely helps out when you are on an extended European trip. It's a little musty when you first move in but once the air was on it got better so don't panic. What a find this was, very high spec and spotlessly clean. Well kitted out with all you could possibly need including hairdryers, washer, dryer, dishwasher, coffee machine etc. Kitchen and bathrooms all good quality. The outside terrace is amazing with both dining and lounging furniture. Perfect location so everything is just a short walk away including bars, restaurants, beaches and attractions. Right next door to Kafe Botanika, perfect for breakfast, lunch or a cheeky nightcap, they even delivered breakfast direct to the terrace for us. The apartment was extremely clean, and was well equipped in the rooms and the kitchen. The design of the apartment itself is amazing and modern. The only downside we had was that the third room is down a small staircase, so if you have senior guests or have to bring down baggage it can be quite difficult. Having a small patio outside where we could have breakfast was an unexpected bonus, as well as direct access to the street on both sides. The location is very central, and is near to the church, the market and the walkable city center.
