Everything is as advertised Clean spacious and a great location close to restaurants and night life. If you get a rental car parking maybe an issue if coming back late from a night out but for the most part you can find parking on the block. Enjoyed my stay here will visit again.

Its a great property located conveniently. Livingroom had a sofa that turned into a queen size bed, the bigger bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom had a twin bed. The beds were comfortable and kitchen was fully equipped. If I had any questions, the host was quick to respond. Everything was clean and we enjoyed our stay.

Nice, quiet, safe neighborhood. Close to San Juan. Lyfts/uber are 5-8 dollars from the complex. The property managers do a great job communicating. The only thing I will say is bring extra towels & wash clothes. Also, there is no oven in the apartment. Aside from that, highly recommend!

The space was just as showed in photos & description it was very lovely! We had three people staying at the complex for one week and the only issue we ran into was having enough towels. To our knowledge there isn’t washing or drying so keep that in mind when packing. Also be aware that the walls are pretty thin so you’ll be able to hear any noise outside!

Santurtzi complex was lovely. I highly recommend staying there if you want to be right in the heart of Puerto Rico living. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and the hosts were excellent!

Place was clean and spacious. Very close to San Juan. Only thing was that there were a lot of dogs outside the area and they would bark a lot at night but other than that, everything was very peaceful.

Great location! Easy to catch a Lyft/Uber for low cost to so many places nearby. It was nice to sit on the rooftop at night and look out at the city. The air conditioner works VERY well. Anything we needed, the management company was very responsive. Excellent communication. Would definitely book again!

The property itself was very clean, and the location was great—close to many good restaurants, attractions, and other places we wanted to visit. Unfortunately, the neighborhood was far from quiet. There was a lot of noise, especially on the weekends, and we had a very difficult time sleeping at night. We were also originally told that checkout was at 12 PM, but later we were asked to leave by 11 AM or earlier. We had asked about an early check-in because our flight arrived very early, but the owner said it wasn’t possible, so there was no flexibility or special consideration there. Overall, while the property was clean and conveniently located, the noise and the lack of flexibility made our stay less enjoyable. Honestly, we would not stay here again.

The room was the perfect size for me and my family. The location was so great. You were not far from places and you were able to get an uber to take you places as well. The fact that it’s gated made me feel super safe. Would definitely stay again!

Everything was clean. Communication with the property owner was clear and transparent. Overall an amazing place to stay if you want to be a little outside of San Juan. The area is safe and easily accessible for Ubers. There is a lot near by and two blocks away from casa Blanca. My partner and I love it!

It was a good budget option. The apartment was clean. We did not have any trouble getting in. We loved the rooftop patio and opportunity to look out over the city. Would have been great if we just had 4 people. The couch bed was not very comfortable in the living room. I would not recommend for more than 4 people.

The place looks amazing inside. It is well renovated and clean. The area is barrio obrero though and it is a bit “hot” so please be aware and be respectful of people around you as it a neighborhood. Don’t be going out at night acting a fool. Be respectful and respect the locals. There’s a lot of families living around there. Place itself was very nice. We loved it. They only speak English as well which was kinda sad. Since they are in an island that speaks Spanish.
