If you need referrals we are happy to help. \*HAVING A BABY IN COSTA RICA\* : Many of our guests are expectant mothers who need to be near the CIMA Hospital for pre-natal care - we are a short walk to CIMA. Important notice: There is an ongoing private construction in the surrounding area, outside of our control. Depending on the stage of the project, occasional noise may occur during standard daytime working hours (typically weekdays). The apartment itself remains fully functional and comfortable. Air Conditioning Use: Please remember to switch off the air conditioning when leaving the apartment. Damage, Loss and Replacement Policy: Guests are expected to take reasonable care of the property and its contents.
