Lindo lugar mala atencion

Las instalaciones son buenas y la ubicación buena por las vistas de las habitaciones, el desayuno es bueno, la atención es el problema, en la recepción la chica de turno día es muy amable pero los de noche y demás personal pésima actitud, lo mismo en el spa muy desatendido y mala actitud del personal sin predisposición de atención al cliente. No volveré ni lo recomiendo .

me gusto el paisaje y la pileta. Terriblemente sucio el espacio verde. Botellas de plastico, barbijos, colillas de cigarrillos, moscas olor nauseabundo de los residuos en los depositos. Realmente muy malo el servicio de mantenimiento. Las habitaciones triples muy pequeñas

Opinion del Hotel

Personal poco agradable, servicio de mozo pésimo, miran para abajo en lugar de ver si los comensales necesitan algo, "spa" engañoso, solo tenia sauna. Televisor de 4 canales y se veía pésimo, el agua salia marron, sucia, la verdad una verguenza, poco mantenimiento a las canchas. Muchas mejoras necesitan para dejar bien representado a Tucumán. Ya que se encuentra en una ubicación privilegiada.

El lugar es muy lindo por la vista y el paisaje, el hotel no cuida detalles, el servicio deja que desear bastante y las instalaciones notan un deterioro del tiempo y no está mantenido, ni hablar de mejoras. Gracias.

BUEN HOTEL LE FALTA MÁS INFRAESTRUCTURA LA TELEVISIÓN TERRIBLE PANTALLA CON RAYAS Y NO MÁS DE 6 CANALES EL ACCESO AL HOTEL POCA ILUMINACIÓN POR LA NOCHE EN LA RECEPCIÓN NO LE PASAN INFORMACIÓN SOBRE LO QUE SE PUEDE HACER EN EL HOTEL EN LA SALA DE COMPUTADORAS HAY UNA SOLA, PODRÍAN PONER UNA CONSOLA DE JUEGOS.
