Nice location very closed to the airport (5 minutes walking). Good access to beaches (no private beach in san Andres). Food /buffet not extensive but acceptable (guess savings post Covid).

The property was fine, the service was good and convenient to everything. The Ala carte reservation-only restaurants were terrible with super limited food options. The daily buffet was edible but mostly the night before food was redone. Fruit was super fresh so we stuck to that. The app needs work and the wifi there is super spotty. Overall, we had a great time and would do it again.

It's amazing to see that very few minor things are not in place after having the island destroyed by a hurricane a few years ago.
The hotel has everything you need. You must know that in San Andres you won't find extreme luxury in the hotels and pretty much nowhere around the island. It's all about the Caribbean vibe, the relaxed mood, and the gorgeous see of seven colours, so expect a clean and complete infrastructure and set of services, but no silver cutlery, posh scene or something of the sort.
I loved the friendliness of the staff, always smiling and always helpful (Alvin and Monica, you rock), the bedrooms are very comfortable, the pool is great for kids and adults, the location is unbeatable, and the beach ir right there.
The drinks were fine, the food was tasty but don't expect a huuuge variety (although I ate a very different menu on each of the 12 meals I had) and just some tiny things were a bit off (some wooden doors that don't belong and the drinks menu that was cut in half)
I recommend San Andrés, would have loved to visit Providencia, and loved the scuba, snorkeling and sea view!

Very old rooms. Room is not good. Reception with the first employee was really great.
The food is good. But overall experience was not good.
The hotel is very close to the airport making it walkable to and from the airport. The beach and Malecon access is great. The dining options and food is okay but not the best. Drinks and staff were great. The pool is big.
Food not many options, the room was a disaster really old , sink I the bathroom rusty, holes in the walls , new beds

Where do I begin! The bell boys are nice . But then we get to the front desk and restaurants and they are all rude . It’s like we bothered them at any question we had any service we requested.
The property was in a horrible condition! The food was very poor quality as well as flavor! The staff was fully unhelpful and somewhat rude. Very overpriced for what you get back

All inclusive with watered down drinks and food was one step up from bad.
The hotel promises 3 restaurants, but they fail to mention, every day before 10am you need to reserve the “higher end” restaurants. They will never guarantee you a seat at the higher end ones if you don’t reserve them.
The pools were ok and the drinks were less than average. They pretend they have club Colombia beer and say that it’s been “broken” but we know it’s not available. The bartender made us drinks like a margarita, and a cocktail and the liquors were super cheap, bottom shelf. I’m talking about deep in the trenches. Which makes no sense considering if you leave the hotel, the alcohol is cheaper and has no taxes.
The room had a lot of wear and tear, the hotel clearly does not re invest their money to modernize or fix and chips in the paint or deterioration of the room.
If you come to this hotel it’s because of the location because the beach is right across but the hotel will not bring food or drink service to you.
They do have some pretty awesome live music at the entrance, the buffet is like going to your grandmas for dinner. All traditional. But also if you don’t go early you will miss out on the food they initially put out to look good.
You will be staying in a very poor area so don’t be surprised if your water does not come out of your shower.
Ac worked pretty well and that’s what saved us from leaving the hotel, not that they will give you a refund.
If the hotel happens to reply to save their reputation don’t believe them, they’re here to rip off tourist

Did not like: food quality in the buffet could be better, gym should have more hours, some of the entertainment at night is not suitable for children
