For shared use: park 5'000 m2, large, beautiful, well-kept garden (not fenced) with plants and trees, swimming pool fenced (12 x 5 m, depth 100 - 170 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 30.Sep., extra). Shower/WC in the pool area, outdoor shower, boccia, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground. In the complex: reception, restaurant, bar, lounge, WiFi, fitness room, storage room for bicycles, washing machine (for shared use, extra), heating available only from 15.Oct. - 15.Apr.. Breakfast and half board possible (extra). Parking. Supermarket 1.5 km, bus stop 2 km, railway station "Costigliole di Saluzzo" 35 km.
