Located just 300m from the stunning Balos Beach in Marathokampos, Ormos Koumeikon, this charming stone house offers the perfect retreat for beach lovers, just steps away from a sandy shoreline. Whether you're here for a peaceful getaway or an adventure-filled holiday, this home provides the ideal balance of comfort and natural beauty.  
Upon arrival, you are welcomed by a spacious front garden, where you can enjoy the fresh sea breeze and lush greenery. The property includes free private parking for your convenience. A covered, fully equipped BBQ area awaits, complete with a traditional wood-fired oven, BBQ grill, and sink—ideal for preparing and savoring delicious meals outdoors. Adjacent to the BBQ area is a dining space on the spacious veranda, where you can enjoy your meals while taking in the breathtaking garden and sea views.  
Inside, the house features an open-plan living area with a cozy, well-lit living room and a fully equipped kitchen.
