Worst hotel I have been. The rooms are falling apart and the bed is so uncomfortable that I couldn’t sleep during my stay. They don’t provide the basics (no blanket, no hand towel, only one thin pillow). I DO NOT recommend this hotel at all.

Mixed Experience: Excellent Staff, But Disappointing Infrastructure I had mixed feelings about my stay at this hotel. On the positive side, the staff was absolutely excellent—friendly, helpful, and professional throughout my visit. Their service was the highlight of my experience. Unfortunately, the hotel’s infrastructure left much to be desired. The facilities felt outdated and not well maintained. It was surprisingly difficult to access clean towels, which was frustrating and unexpected. Another concern was the behavior of some guests. At times, they were loud, disrespectful, and, in a few moments, made the environment feel uncomfortable and even a bit unsettling. Overall, while I deeply appreciated the efforts of the staff, I hope the hotel takes steps to improve its infrastructure and guest environment moving forward.

Worst Hotel Experience – Avoid at All Costs! I wish I had something positive to say about this hotel, but unfortunately, my experience was awful from start to finish. • Outdated and Poorly Maintained: The hotel is extremely outdated, and the rooms lack even the most basic necessities. • No Proper Bedding: There were no blankets, just a thin bedsheet that barely covered the mattress. • Minimal Towels: For two guests, we were given only one towel—no face towels, no extras. • Security Concerns: The door didn’t seem secure, and when I went to the front desk to complain, the staff was unbelievably rude and dismissive. • Faulty Amenities: The TV barely worked, there were exposed electrical cables, and the shower drain was clogged, causing water to back up every time we used it. This hotel was a complete disappointment. I would never stay here again and strongly advise others to book elsewhere!

O local não é sujo mas como o prédio está bem deteriorado e precisando de manutenção, e os lençóis e toalhas são bem velhos, passa o aspecto de sujeira. Os funcionários são nota 10, muito educados e prestativos, o café da manhã é simples, mas tem o básico necessário. Os bolos são bem açucarados, fica difícil comer. Os pães são deliciosos. Quantidade boa de frutas. O hotel está em processo de troca dos ar condicionados, ponto super positivo. Mas o mofo está tomando conta do prédio, a umidade está muito séria, tornando impossível pisar no chão sem sandálias, já que o piso fica molhado do mais absoluto nada. Acordei com meu celular dando aviso de acessórios molhados, mesmo estando em cima da mesa(uma mesa de mármore- isso dá uma noção da tamanha umidade do quarto que fiquei,o 109). Enfim, a localização, estacionamento e pessoas do hotel são excelentes, mas a estrutura é complicada.

O pior hotel em que já me hospedei na vida. Preciso ser justo: a localização é excelente. E há um único destaque positivo — a atendente Viviane. Se algum gestor estiver lendo isso, contrate essa profissional. Ela faz tudo o que pode, com educação e boa vontade. Sinceramente, tirem ela dali. Ela não merece trabalhar em um lugar assim. De resto, não há pontos positivos. Ao chegar, a porta do quarto exigia força absurda para abrir e fechar. Já a do banheiro não fechava. O registro do chuveiro era difícil de usar. A tomada ao lado da cama estava quebrada, remendada com durex. A janela não tinha trava. O ar-condicionado явно sem manutenção. Debaixo da cama: poeira, cabelos e sujeira. Pedimos troca de quarto. Disseram que fariam manutenção no dia seguinte, como se fosse aceitável reformar com hóspede dentro. Só conseguimos mudar no dia seguinte, perto das 13h. Mesmo colocando “NÃO PERTURBE” e avisando na recepção, entraram no quarto. Voltamos e a porta estava apenas encostada. Segurança zero. No novo quarto, no máximo aceitável. Toalhas não são trocadas corretamente. Deixamos para troca e voltaram as mesmas, molhadas. Na recepção, mais problema: toalhas sujas e manchadas. Experiência péssima. Daria para escrever muito mais. Outros amigos ficaram hospedados por la esse fim de semana e estão muito decepcionados. Força, Viviane. Você é uma guerreira.
