We were in Saltillo for a family funeral, at the time I booked it for it’s convenient location. We had no idea it was such a nice place til we arrived, at midnight. Really really attractive property and even though we only spent the night and left right after breakfast, I could see it was well maintained. Staff was friendly, breakfast was great. I’d stay there again for sure.

En general está muy bien el lugar, la atención de las personas de limpieza fue excelente, la habitación muy bien, hasta te ponen cafetera nespresso, con sus cápsulas, aguas, un refrigerador, etc. Las amenidades me parecieron muy bien. Solo tendría un par de observaciones. Una para el restaurante, ya que llegamos y no había comida para el desayuno, que se había terminado y apenas iban a sacar más. Deben tener una estrategia para preparar los alimentos e ir sacando antes de que se termine, estábamos varios clientes ahí sentados solo esperando y los alimentos realmente estaban regulares en sabor. A pesar de que pagué por los tres días de desayuno, solo fuimos al primero y ya no quisimos regresar. Segunda observación para el personal de recepción, son muy fríos, no groseros pero nada cálidos. Como si le estuvieran haciendo un favor a uno. Y el elevador, muy bien pero tardaba muchísimo en llegar, nos fuimos por las escaleras para obviar tiempo y solo había las de emergencia, las cuales están casi como obra gris, sin algún acabado decente.
