The Ocean Club Resort resonates with southern charm. Built in the Charlestonian style of architecture, the open living space of the villas harmonizes with the magnificent maritime environment. All villas have fully equipped kitchens, 1-2 bedrooms, 2 baths, washers/dryers and balconies. As the coastal destination resort, The Ocean Club offers every amenity. Access to the soundside fishing pier and launch areas for kayaks and paddleboards is also available. Grilling is just a few steps away via community park grill access. Featuring 3 pools including a gated Oceanfront heated pool, Soundfront pool, and children's pool, there is no end of things to do at the resort. For those who want to explore the Crystal Coast, shopping, dining, golf, eco-touring, charter wind surfing, fishing and scuba diving are just a few of the activities available nearby.  
  
Community Amenities Include:  
(Bluewater cannot guarantee complex/community amenities will be in service during the time of your stay).  
  
\-3 Pools including gated, heated Oceanfront Pool and Soundfront Pool with Children's Pool, Hot Tub (hours: 9:30am - 10pm daily; pools closed Jan-Feb; hot tubs open year round)

Ocean Club K102 is a 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Soundfront 1st Floor Condo - Bedroom #1 offers a Queen Bed, Bedroom #2 offers a Double Bed, and Bonus Room with Twin Futon.  
  
Amenties Include: Wireless Internet Access; Fully Equipped Kitchen, Coffee Maker, Oven, Refridgerator, Dishwasher, Microwave; Covered Deck.  
  
\*This condominium is a first floor. The view may vary from season to season due to foliage, storms or natural dune movement. Rents Weekly Saturday - Saturday. In 2025 Rents Nightly with a 3 night minimum in advance Year-Round. In 2026 Rents Nightly with a 2 night minimum in advance during Off Season, last minute during In Season.

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.  
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
