Salt Lake's International Airport 14 miles away. Located in Millcreek S.E. Salt Lake. Great Internet for remote working. Pet Friendly apartment. Large enclosed backyard. The Space: Cozy Canyon Rim Apartment is located in a very safe neighborhood in the East Millcreek area, in south of Salt Lake. it is a one bedroom, one bathroom apartment. The actual property is a triplex which has three separate and private apartments within. The apartment consists of one bedroom with a queen size bed, a bathroom, a nice size kitchen, along with a comfy living room area which includes a desk and chair in case you need to work remotely, internet is provided. There is a Smart Television in the unit that can be used to stream any company you may have an account with, eg, Roku, Netflix, Disney, Hulu, etc., there is also an antenna installed so you can watch local channels too. The private entrance to the apartment is down about ten steps, which then puts you on the same level as the backyard. You have access to the back yard through the bedrooms sliding patio doors. The apartment is all on one level. We welcome a maximum of two dogs, up to 60lbs each, to stay at the apartment, there is a pet fee which is calculated on a case by case basis, so please message us and tell us more about your dogs. The pet fee request will then be sent to you the day of your arrival. Sorry no cats are allowed. There is a large fully fenced in backyard for your use, and any other guests staying. The property is nestled off the road by about 70 feet. One free designated parking space is available on the driveway. Available discounts: 5% off a weekly stay, 10% off a month or longer stay, applied at checkout. Cozy Canyon Rim is professionally managed by Stay Short Term Vacation Rentals. Guest Access: Your Check In information and keypad code will be sent to you in the App messaging the day before you are due to arrive. The Neighborhood: The Canyon Rim neighborhood in East Millcreek is very safe and close to everything you'd need. Including, restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, movie theaters, parks and canyons The neighborhood is mostly single family homes with some small multi-family properties sprinkled in between. This area has the lowest amount of crime in the entire Salt Lake Valley. The apartment is within 10 miles of 3 different malls and several hospitals. Millcreek Canyon, Parley's Canyon, and Emigration Canyon are only 5 miles away, and we are within 30 minutes of all the major ski resorts including Park City. Located 9 miles from downtown Salt Lake City, and only 13 miles from Salt Lake City International Airport. Getting Around: We are approximately 0.5 miles from the nearest bus stop which is on 3300 S, Most guests that come stay use Uber/Lyft or travel in on their own vehicle. Other Things to Note: This property is pet friendly. No Smoking allowed on the premise. Available discounts: 5% off for weekly bookings and 10% off for monthly bookings, applied at checkout. This unit does not have a washer or dryer, but is close to a number of laundromats. The owners reserve the right to have security cameras installed on the exterior walls of some of the homes pointing away to watch properties. If you are looking for a place to hangout, I would look elsewhere. The couch was terrible dirty and falling apart that we didn’t even want to sit on it. Couldn’t get anything on the tv to work.
