A beautiful home for couples and families in central Salisbury. Secure, private parking with an EV charger, and a sunny patio for warm evenings.
The space Our home is a grade-2 listed three-storey townhouse. The rooms are all well-proportioned with high ceilings.
On the ground floor we have a modern kitchen with all facilities, and a comfy lounge with large-screen tv.
Up our quirky stairs is a modern bathroom with shower cubicle and a full bath, and the master bedroom which features a king-size bed which can be split into two single beds if required. A 4k UHD TV is provided here.
The top floor has two more bedrooms with a double and another king-sized bed. They are suitable for adults but your kids will want them more!
Guest access We only offer the whole house. No areas are off-limits except the loft!
Other things to note Our private parking space is large enough for a transit van and has an EV charger. On-street parking can also be arranged. Contact us for more details.

We had an amazing stay at this property! It's the perfect location for visiting Salisbury since you can literally walk everywhere. The hosts were very welcoming, and it was a nice touch that there was tea/coffee and biscuits available for us when we arrived as we were exhausted after flying in from Canada earlier that morning. We would definitely stay here again!!
The location of the property was brilliant - much better than the listing suggested. Incredibly convenient for everything that we wanted to do. Lovely house beautifully fitted out. Would highly recommend
Great location. Clean property with everything you need. We used the EV charger which was really useful. Be warned the lead is a little short and we had to put our car right up to the edge of the over hang. Not a problem all worked out and it was fantastic to have parking so close to the city. Would definitely recommend
Fantastic property ideally located for accessing the Cathedral and central shopping area. The hosts are lovely and very kindly gave me multiple suggestions of things to do with my children whilst we were in Salisbury. We would 100% stay here again.
This is a very nice clean and light house. Jim and Laura were extremely helpful hosts. It was also an added bonus that there is free parking at the back of the house.
Jim and Leanne are some of the best VRBO hosts we’ve ever had. They were extremely responsive and flexible with the requests that we had. The flat was a perfect fit for our family of 5 to start our Europe trip. We were all a little jet lagged, the beds were comfortable and the home is extremely quiet. The location is great too. Everything you could need is within walking distance. The top floor bedrooms get a little warm with the hot summer days, but the host provided fans that really helped. If we’re ever back in Salisbury we will most definitely stay here! Thanks for the warm welcome.
We were grandparents with a 4 and an 8 year old exploring Salisbury and Stonehenge. The house worked really well for us, with a great location and easy access to the centre. The children appreciated all the board games and we had fun trying out new games. The seating in the garden is a sun trap and lovely to sit out in in the early evenings. The children's comment was 'this is really posh' and they loved the house.
Leanne and Jim were great hosts and everything was really well organised. We would highly recommend for a city visit to Salisbury.

Die Beschreibung war sehr gut. Da wir am Anfang etwas unsicher waren, haben wir den Vermieter per Telefon kurz vor dem Ziel kontaktiert. Am Ziel angekommen, ist unmittelbar neben dem Appartement ein Parkplatz. Im dazugehörigem Hotel gibt man sein Kfz Kennzeichen an und einen Parkplatz zugewiesen. Die Wohnung selbst ist hervorragend. Die Küche ist groß. Alles was nötig ist, ist vorhanden. Von der Wohnung aus ist man in 4 Minuten an der großen Cathetrale. Man kann sehr viel unternehmen. Wir brauchten nur einmal das Auto, um zu Stonehenge zu kommen. Alles andere lässt sich gut zu Fuß erreichen. Vor allem die schönen Pubs 😁😁.
Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Perfekte Unterkunft für einen Aufenthalt in Salisbury
Klare Empfehlung! Sehr gut gelegene, gemütliche und schön eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Mitten in der City und dennoch nachts ruhig. Einen Parkplatz zu haben, ist mitten in Salisbury Gold wert ! Abwicklung total unkompliziert, die Vermieter reagieren auf Anfragen und Nachrichten sofort und sehr nett. Jederzeit wieder.
Insgesamt sehr schön. Lage perfekt, absolut beeindruckende Kathedrale, hübsche Stadt. Wohnung hätte wärmer sein können - der Thermostat war für die Jahreszeit noch relativ niedrig eingestellt. Besteck und Teller haben wir vor Gebrauch abgewaschen. Da es für 6 Personen Schlafplätze gibt (sehr schöne Zimmer!), wäre ein Tisch für 6 Personen zum gemeinsamen Essen toll gewesen (evt. einen, den man an der Wand hätte herunterklappen können, dann wäre trotzdem noch viel Platz in der Küche?). Für uns (2 Erwachsene + 4 Kinder) praktikabel und sehr gemütlich.
