Convenient location to for needs. Okay for one night. Very active at night.
It was myself and my two grandsons(11&7). We stayed for the night. Hotel was dated which was fine. They had 3)4 sheds in the back that had junk piled up in the sides. We arrived at 11pm. I asked if they had late check out and how much it cost. The attendant said late check out is at 11:30am ( normal was 11) hotel wasn't even half full. Kids wanted to swim before we left. Pool had sign that stated it was closed. Why I don't know.
The room. The white tile was clean. Beds were clean but old metal frame beds. The tv in the room was a flat screen but old fashion. Had to flip channels to see what was on. Had a kitchen with nothing to use. Hood range should be replaced. Was so rusted I wouldn't trust turning it on, stove didn't look much better. You could tell where they had patched holes in the walls. The water pressure . Who are we kidding we had none. Then I slipped and fell in the tub. Tub bottom had to type of grips. Was extremely slippery. If I needed to have a room for the night I probably would stay again but that would be my last resort
My check-in was smooth as my room key was ready for me. I slept very well for the bed was very comfortable. The TV has lots of channels to choose from. Everything was great.
Quickly made a last minute reservation. They had new upgraded rooms. Pretty comfortable for a comfortable price.

The bed comfort and room (201) was good.
The continental breakfast was fair.
The property grounds needs a lot of professional landscaping work and outside building repair work is desperately needed
The office manager is not personable

The staff were great! Room was clean. Area was fairly quiet. It is a very old hotel needing lots of work on the outside.
This has been—without a doubt—one of the worst stays I have ever experienced in my life. If you’re looking for a “real” getaway that feels like something out of a horror movie, then this is the hotel to visit.
First, they claim that breakfast is included, but when you arrive, all they offer is coffee in a dirty, unkept area. The pool area is disgusting—it looks like it could be home to the next frog prince or even the source of a future pandemic.
In the room, you’ll encounter everything you can imagine: insects like ants and spiders, leaks in the shower, and an air conditioner so loud it makes it impossible to sleep.
But out of all these unfortunate experiences, the most absurd situation happened on my last night. Around 9:00 p.m., another guest tried to open my door because they had also been assigned the same room I was already staying in.
I enjoyed my stay here. I arrived @ 10:30 am and check in was 2pm so happy that they let me check in @ 11am. Drove from new york for the crab and cruise event. My room was clean towels smelled great. I absolutely enjoyed my stay. Thank u guys for being so nice 💓
Check in and out was easy. Room was clean. It’s just seems to be an old establishment. Remodeling or a good over hall would be nice.

It was fine for a quick overnight trip. It was very well lit so I felt safe. It is also a mile from the police station. We had access to various movie apps on the TV and you could connect your phone to the TV. It is less than 5 min from fast food restaurants and UMES.

Check in was great. Once I got the not-my-hair and pubes cleaned from the tub I wanted a hot bath, but the drain wouldn’t close to keep the tub filling. It’s a much-used property but inexpensive and met our needs. Phyllis at the desk was so welcoming 👌
The room was nice except the door did not fit properly and a lot of bugs had come into the room and died on the floor. Not one or two but, lots and lots.

Room was exactly as pictured on web. Bedding was clean, so was bathroom. Tv was smart could use your streaming services if you wanted to. If you did not it is a strugle to watch. No local stations or cable. Outside is being worked on I think. Conveince store within 1 mile drive. Downtown historic princess anne 5 min drive. Would use again.
This seems to be more of a transient hotel. Some drifters trashed a room a few doors down, they made a lot of noise upon their exit, and I discovered the next morning that they left the door to their trashed room wide open. It appears that some folks are living here. The room I stayed in was relatively clean. Interestingly, there was about an inch of daylight that comes in from the bottom of the door. Any small critter is able to simply scurry right in not to mention you can hear and 'see' folks walking past. Overall, this place is just not well cared for. It was decent yet not very comfortable and I didn't feel safe. If you've stayed in worse, try it. Otherwise, pay the extra money and stay somewhere nicer.
