I'appartamento è stato appena ristrutturato e con la sua eleganza è pronto ad ospitare chi vi entrerà.  
A 15 minuti da Salemi si trova un fantastico parco avventura in una ambientazione boschiva. A 30 minuti c'è il parco archeologico di Selinunte e quello di Segesta con il suo teatro greco e tempio. A 30 minuti un fantastico mare.
