The hotel itself was beautiful and clean and I love the concept. It was clean and comfortable however the staff was impossible to get ahold of even to this day almost a week later I have never been contacted back after calling texting and emailing the contact info they provided. To access the hotel you need a code. The code they sent me originally didn’t work so we were locked out for 30 minutes before we followed the other couple to the cafe next door to ask if they knew how we could get in. Thankfully the cafe was the spot where we needed to go for help but there was no signage to direct you to go there! Later that evening we ran into another couple who unfortunately showed up later when the cafe to check in was closed and they also couldn’t get into the hotel with the code given and they also couldn’t get a call back from the property. Sounds like the hotel needs to get its communication issue fixed but the quality of the hotel itself is awesome and I hope they fix the lack of communication!

It was very much under construction when I stayed in early May. I have high hopes for improvement the next time. Rooms are pretty sparse, with not a lot of amenities. Access to elevators is limited if staying upstairs. Large complex, very nice creekside dining area. The hotel felt like it missed an opportunity to truly be a high end type of hotel, opting for a faux appearance motel feel rather than a truly high end finished hotel. Price point is a little higher for the experience. It’s very close to campus and very close to the football tailgating area. Location is an A+++.
