Located on the ground floor, it comprises a living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, a bedroom and a shower room. Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises \- A living room with dining area \- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: 2-ring induction hob, sink, microwave, coffee maker, mini fridge with freezer, etc. \- An air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed (140×190), dressing area, storage unit and TV \- A shower room with walk-in shower, vanity unit and WC The 7kg washing machine is accessible via the pool deck. For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: hairdryer, ironing board and iron. Outside: \- A salt swimming pool (shared and unheated), 3m50×5m50 and 1m55 deep with ramp and open from 1 January to 31 December. Swimming pool opening dates are non-contractual. \- An 8 m² terrace with clothes line and furniture to enjoy the warm weather and a breathtaking view of Mount Pelée (from the pool), recently listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The studio is ideally located at the end of the town of St-Pierre in a very quiet environment. The area is opposite the sugar cane fields of the Depaz dwelling. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by. For supermarkets, Leader-Price or Leclerc in Schoelcher. What to do : \- Visit to the splendid Depaz rum distillery \- Visit the town of St-Pierre and its ruins (old church, colonial health centre) \- Visit to the Franck Perret museum \- Visit to the Earth Sciences Discovery Centre \- The incredible view of the town of St-Pierre from the Virgin of the Sailors and the Cheese Tree, via the Fonds Saint Denis road \- Visit the Gauguin Museum at Anse Latouche \- Visit the wonderful Martinique Zoo Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park for free in the free public car park opposite the residence. As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: \- Car essential \- Nearest train station: Place Bertin station in Saint-Pierre, about 2 km away \- Nearest airport: Martinique Aimé Césaire International Airport, about 25 km away. Other comments: \- Access to the studio via 5 steps up to the swimming pool and 3 steps down to the accommodation. \- Presence of mosquito nets on windows \- Rules for use of the pool: shower compulsory, access from 9am to 8pm. Swimming pool unsupervised. De là, vue imprenable sur la montagne pelée. Au calme tut en étant près de la ville. une grosse corbeille de fruits et des fleurs nous attendaient. Nos hôtes ont été très conviviaux avec apéritif d'accueil et conversations à batons rompus au cours de notre séjour. Je recommande vivement ce logement et n'hésiterais pas à y revenir . Stationnement facile devant l’appartement, rien ne manque en termes de services et commodités dans le logement ! Je recommande fortement et n’hésiterai pas y séjourner de nouveau lors d’une prochaine visite à la Martinique !
